Iron Blight Weapons List
Iron Blight never shows you an ammo counter, so a weapon list is really a list of things you check by hand. Everything below is either named in the Steam achievement list, named in a Ronesans Interactive patch note, or reported by players in the official Steam forums, and each row says which.
| Weapon | Type | What it is for | Where the name comes from |
|---|---|---|---|
| TT-33 | Pistol | The sidearm the mod system is built around. Its laser sight is one of the attachments the game tracks. | Named in the Patch 1.01 known-issue list as a Chapter 1 item, alongside its laser sight. |
| MP5 | Submachine gun | The one weapon the game explicitly rewards you for finding, which makes it the pickup worth detouring for. | Named in the achievement A Souvenir From Pakistan. |
| Shotgun | Shotgun | Close-range answer to heavies. Players describe hitting mutants hard with buckshot and then finishing them at range. | Player reports in the apartment-building thread, which also note that shells are common in those rooms. |
| Magnum | Revolver | Reserved for the bullet sponges; players report about three headshots to put a large enemy down permanently. | Player reports in the apartment-building thread, which mention finding around eight rounds scattered in the apartments. |
| Melee weapon | Melee | Free damage that still gibs heads, which is how you stop a body from getting back up without spending a round. | Named in the achievement Blood Pinata. |
| Kick | Unarmed | Not a weapon so much as a reset button: stuns zombies and shoves groups back so you can break contact. | Named in two achievements, AAAAA Put A Boot In It and Get Off Me. |
| Gun mods | Attachments | A full set exists and can be collected; the laser sight is the only individual mod named anywhere official. | Named in the achievement Alpha Operator; the laser sight appears in the Patch 1.01 notes. |

What we do not know yet
Total gun count is not published. The Soviet Steel achievement confirms a finite set exists, but Ronesans Interactive has not said how many, so this page lists only weapons we can point at a source for.
How to spend what you find
Ammunition is the actual difficulty setting in Iron Blight. The magnum and the shotgun are what players report using on the heavy enemies, the kick costs nothing and buys you distance, and melee gibs a head without spending a round — which is also how you stop a body getting back up. The enemy threat ranks break down which targets are worth a bullet, and the inventory and reloading guide covers checking a magazine by hand.
