Iron Blight Locations: Prasnova and St. Toma Dormitory
The two named districts
Only two locations have achievements attached, which makes them the game’s structural landmarks:
- St. Toma Dormitory — completing it unlocks Nobody Sleeps Here Anymore. Its exterior map was displayed upside down until Patch 1.01, so early footage of players looking lost here is not entirely their fault.
- Prasnova District — completing it unlocks Prasnova No More. Prasnova is also the name the developers use for the town as a whole in their announcements.
Places named in patch notes and bug reports
These appear in official patch notes or in dated player posts in the Steam Discussions. They are real locations in the game, but the game does not present them as chapters:
| Place | Where it comes up |
|---|---|
| The elevator | Patch 1.01 fixed a pause menu that would not open after exiting it |
| The construction exit | Patch 1.01 fixed it displaying the wrong map |
| The apartment blocks | A player thread about being unable to pass them, low on ammo |
| The cemetery | A bug report about gravestones and furniture popping out of view |
| The train tracks | A bug report about two Gora clipping into indoor areas |
| Factory and workshop | A bug report about battle music looping near the laundry room between them |
| The boat | Two launch-day hotfixes: it could not be activated, then it disappeared |
| The bicycle | Patch 1.01 adjusted mount and dismount logic to stop players phasing through walls |
The apartment building is the wall
Of all of these, one comes up as an actual progression obstacle rather than a bug: the apartment building. The thread is a player saying they are very low on ammunition and cannot fight through without dying. The replies are useful and specific — Block B is described as holding plenty of ammunition, a player reports finding around eight magnum rounds scattered through the apartments, and another suggests hitting the heavy enemies with the shotgun and then picking them off as they retreat.
One reply also notes finishing the section only to be killed by a mutant immediately on stepping outside, and being placed back at the building bridge with no progress saved. Patch 1.01 lists repositioned save triggers among its fixes, which may or may not be the same problem.
What we are not mapping
There is no published map of Prasnova, and we are not going to redraw one from screenshots or from video footage we cannot verify frame by frame. What this page does is tell you which places the developers and players have described on the record, and what is known to have gone wrong in each.
For the order these show up in, see the chapter walkthrough. For what you will meet in them, see the enemy threat ranks.
Thanks for the feedback!
